Q- When will my order be dispatched?

You can expect your order to arrive in 2-5 working days (UK). For more information on delivery times and other countries, please check out our Lengbox Shipping Policy.

Q- When will my Lengbox subscription box order be dispatched?

If this is your first Lengbox, you can expect to receive your first box within 2-5 working days (UK), (3-7 everywhere else). 

After the 1st month, you will get your boxes towards the end of every month.

Q- What date will I be billed for my monthly subscriptions?

After the first payment, you will be automatically billed on the 1st of every month.

Q- Can I skip a month?

Yes you can! If you want to take a break you can simply log into your account and 'skip' that months box. You will be billed again the following month.

Q- Can I buy a bi-monthly/ 2-monthly Lengbox?

Absolutely! All you need to do is choose your preference in the drop down section on the Lengbox Monthly K-beauty Subscription Box product page.

Q- How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your own subscription and cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, clicking 'manage my subscriptions', you will then be given the option to skip, amend or cancel your subscription. Once you have clicked cancel, you will no longer be billed going forward and no longer receive any Lengboxes.

Q- If I have cancelled my subscription, can I re-sign up?

Yes certainly! If you have changed your mind, you can log in and re-start your subscription at anytime. You are able to manage your account yourself by logging in.
