Delivery Policy

Lengbox partners with trusted delivery providers to ship Korean skincare and K-beauty products safely and reliably worldwide. Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout once your shipping country has been selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or customs processing delays.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery — £3.99
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

FREE UK delivery on orders over £30.

Next Working Day Delivery — £11.99
Place your order before 8am (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch and next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 8am will be processed in the next shipping cycle.

UK Subscription Boxes

Monthly subscription boxes are dispatched at the end of each month.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Shipping is included with the Lengbox Monthly Subscription Box (£35 box).

Republic of Ireland (ROI)

Tracked & Signed Delivery — £9.99
Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days from dispatch.

FREE ROI delivery on orders over £65.

Please note: customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied locally.

Orders placed before 8am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Europe

Standard International Delivery
Delivery times vary by country and typically take 3–8 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

FREE international delivery on orders over £165.

European Subscription Orders

Subscription boxes are dispatched at the end of each month.

Delivery may take up to 8 working days from dispatch depending on location.

Shipping for monthly subscription boxes is included in the final subscription price. One-off boxes and individual products are charged at the standard delivery rate.

United States

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations across Europe and worldwide.

International delivery costs and estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout based on your country and order weight.

For countries outside our standard shipping zones, delivery starts from £23.99.

Returned & Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered successfully and is returned to Lengbox by the courier, the customer is responsible for tracking the parcel using the shipping confirmation email provided after dispatch.

If a returned parcel is refunded:

• The original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Refunds will cover the value of the products only

If you would like your parcel re-shipped, an additional delivery fee may apply.
