It's no problem if you're out! When you sign up, you can add a message to let us know where we can leave your parcel.

Since your package is marked as delivered, there are a few things you should do first:
1. Contact your local post office and obtain time and place the package was delivered to. You can also request the GPS coordinates as to where it was delivered as each tracking number automatically generates a GPS coordinate. This will tell you if it was mis-delivered.
2. Sometimes, a postal carrier will place a package in a safer location if the weather isn't great. Check in areas that might not typically have deliveries - under a window, in your garage (if applicable), inside another safe area in your garden/ near your home etc. If you're able to, ask your mail carrier if you can catch them.
3. On the rare occasions, packages are marked as delivered before they are actually delivered. Sometimes they will show up within 48 hours of being marked.
4. If none of the above help, it is recommended that you contact your local police department and file a missing mail report. Federal mail theft is a serious crime that shouldn't be taken lightly.

You can easily manage your own subscription and cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, clicking 'manage my subscriptions', you will then be given the option to skip, amend or cancel your subscription. Once you have selected cancel, you will no longer be billed going forward and no longer receive any Lengboxes.
