Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Lengbox for a full refund within 28 days of the purchase date.
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept return of used cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories.
Free or promotional items are not returnable.
Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded, including site wide promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and beauty bouquets.
No partial refunds on any subscriptions boxes, gift bouquet or any Lengbox set.
Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
To arrange a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email info@lengbox.com to organise your return. Please add RETURN to the email header, along with your full name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the return. Please specify if you want a return, exchange or refund. Please note that gift packaging and gift notes cannot be returned.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed by the return request will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item we cannot process any refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days. Please allow 14 working days to pass before contacting us again.
Items returned back to Lengbox from our delivery partners
Packages will be sent back to Lengbox in the event of an unsuccessful delivery having exceeded the time period awaiting customer collection. In most cases the delivery partner will leave a slip with details of the missed delivery, sometimes this is not the case. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing.
If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Lengbox reserve the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the package sent out again, Lengbox reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.

Cancelling a subscription
If you would like to cancel your subscription you can easily manage this by logging into your account. Select 'manage subscriptions', and you will be given the option to either 'skip', 'change frequency' or 'cancel subscription'.
Once you have cancelled you will no longer receive any Lengboxes.
