Your box may include a mix of skincare, body, hair and/or makeup items. For skincare products, follow the standard K-beauty routine order below (where applicable):

1. Cleanser (or cleansing oil/balm if included)
2. Toner / Essence
3. Serum / Ampoule
4. Eye cream (if included)
5. Moisturiser
6. SPF (AM routine only if included) or sleeping mask (PM routine if included)
7. Sheet masks (2–3 times per week or as needed)

Usage guidance:

• Always patch test new products prior to full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
• If your box includes active ingredients (such as exfoliating acids or vitamin C), introduce them gradually and avoid using multiple actives together unless you are experienced.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically designed for the eye area.
• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Sheet mask tip: Use sheet masks after toner and before moisturiser. Leave on for the time stated on the packaging and gently pat remaining essence into the skin.

Sleeping mask tip: If included, apply as the final step of your evening routine in place of moisturiser or on top of moisturiser, depending on the product instructions.

Returns policy: If you wish to return your order, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be received in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in fully saleable condition (including all original packaging). If any items are returned opened, used, damaged, missing, or not in a resaleable condition, a refund will not be permitted. All products are thoroughly checked and quality inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to being processed and shipped.
